Lighthouse Golf Resort & Spa is located on the Black Sea coast, near the town of Balchik and 40 minutes drive from the city of Varna where is situated the international airport - http://www.varna-airport.bg.

Lighthouse Golf Resort & Spa (http://www.lighthousegolfresort.com) has the exclusive location - on a high plateau with a breathtaking sea view. Total land area on which the resort is build is 150 hectares. At the foot of the plateau - a private beach complex with total area of 2.3 hectares is located. The golf course is designed by the world renowned golf designer Ian Woosnam, which also known as a professional golfer. In 2006 he captained the European team in golf, winning a Ryder Cup. This is a traditional 18-hole course. The official opening of the complex took place on Sept. 6, 2008 with Open Tournament Golf Mercedes-Benz Golden Cup. Mercedes Benz - Germany is also the official sponsor of the golf complex. Since its opening here were conducted 23 international golf tournaments. Lighthouse Golf Resort is the first golf course in Bulgaria with international license. It is now included in the international field of classifying golf courses and a calendar of international golf tournaments.

Lighthouse Golf Resort & Spa - is not just a golf course in its service content – it is a complete resort for holidays. There is everything for a good rest. The central place is occupied by the Club House which houses a restaurant with a great European cuisine, specialized golf shop, a large sports bar, a fireplace, a lobby bar. Inside the complex there are shops, medical office, large open parking lot, playground, several outdoor pools with Large Live platforms for sun beds. SPA-center complex offers a wide selection of spa treatments such as: swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and fitness- room, massage therapy, facial and body treatments. In 2011 the construction of a 5-star hotel will be finished. This hotel has its own spa facilities and therapeutic mud bath. Under construction is a small equestrian complex. On the beach complex has its own private beach where there is a restaurant, night disco and beach bar. The entire infrastructure of the complex is available to owners of housing without restrictions.

Territory of the complex and the beach is of a closed type, with round the clock protection. Access is given only for homeowners and guests with special passes.
In addition to all above in the resort were built four small residential quarters. One of them is the "Forest District".
